Last weekend (Nov 9th – 11th), the 18th China Jiangsu International Garment, Home Textile Fabric Expo (Jiangsu Fashion Festival) was held in Nanjing International Expo Center, the subject was “Brand Jiangsu, Fashion Jiangsu”. There were more than 1200 stands, and divided into two halls and four exhibition areas to show. It was understood that the first two quarters this year, Jiangsu textile and garment industry are positively answerable for new situation, new challenges. From the first month to the fifth month, the income of the main business has increased 5.2% on year-on-year basis; the whole industry has realized that the total profit has increased 7.0% on year-on-year basis, continuously held steady and healthy situation.

As a Jiangsu local corporation, Bealead attend the show on its home field. They focus on the display on “intelligent equipment exhibition area”, the main products are: 828B super high precision down & cotton all-in-one machine, 818B high performance machine, 402B full automatic weighting cotton-filling machine, 101B business super market down quilt filling machine, automatic delivery & package machine, full-automatic numbering machine and Bealead down feather.

During the exhibition, Bealead has received some old customers, including SUMEC and its following branch factories, Jiangsu Fangyuan Group and other dozens of enterprises. The first day of the exhibition, Jiangsu Shunten has subscribed two down-filling machines.

From the exhibition, everyone’s attention is still the full-automatic cutting piece numbering machine. One machine can change the traditional manual numbering way of cutting piece, the workers only need to finish two actions of putting material and taking material. The numbering process is automatic; only one worker can operate many machines, the work is easy and efficient.
